Bu durum, \u00fclkenin Avrupa, Kafkasya, Orta Asya ve Orta Do\u011fu aras\u0131ndaki co\u011frafi konumundan kaynaklanmaktad\u0131r. G\u00fcrcistan, \u0130pek Yolu ticaret g\u00fczergahlar\u0131 \u00fczerinde yer almas\u0131 sayesinde Karadeniz b\u00f6lgesini Asya&#8217;ya ba\u011flayan kilit bir koridor konumundad\u0131r.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Son y\u0131llarda sekt\u00f6r istikrarl\u0131 bir b\u00fcy\u00fcme kaydetmi\u015ftir. 2024 y\u0131l\u0131nda ula\u015f\u0131m ve depolama sekt\u00f6r\u00fc, yakla\u015f\u0131k 9,7 milyar GEL (G\u00fcrcistan Larisi) \u00fcretim hacmi yaratm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu miktar, G\u00fcrcistan&#8217;\u0131n toplam ekonomik \u00fcretiminin kabaca %6,6&#8217;s\u0131n\u0131 temsil ederek sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn ulusal ekonomi i\u00e7in ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6nemi g\u00f6zler \u00f6n\u00fcne sermektedir.   <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Kargo Hacimleri ve Sekt\u00f6rel B\u00fcy\u00fcme<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>2024 y\u0131l\u0131nda, bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131la g\u00f6re %5&#8217;lik bir art\u0131\u015fla, \u00fclkeye, \u00fclkeden ve \u00fclke \u00fczerinden yakla\u015f\u0131k 31 milyon ton kargo ta\u015f\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n<p>Transit ta\u015f\u0131malar, G\u00fcrcistan&#8217;\u0131n lojistik ak\u0131\u015flar\u0131nda bask\u0131n bir role sahiptir:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Kargonun %55&#8217;i b\u00f6lgeler aras\u0131nda hareket eden transit mallardan olu\u015fmaktad\u0131r.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>%37&#8217;si ithalat\u0131 temsil ederken,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>%8&#8217;i ise ihracat\u0131 temsil etmektedir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Sekt\u00f6r, 2015 ile 2024 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda y\u0131ll\u0131k yakla\u015f\u0131k %5&#8217;lik kargo cirosu art\u0131\u015f\u0131yla son birka\u00e7 y\u0131ld\u0131r istikrarl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde b\u00fcy\u00fcm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Tahminler, 2028 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar y\u0131lda yakla\u015f\u0131k %5,5 civar\u0131nda s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir bir b\u00fcy\u00fcme ya\u015fanaca\u011f\u0131na i\u015faret etmektedir. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Temel Ula\u015f\u0131m Modlar\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Karayolu Ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Karayolu ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131, G\u00fcrcistan&#8217;daki bask\u0131n y\u00fck ta\u015f\u0131ma modudur. 2024 y\u0131l\u0131nda karayolu y\u00fck hacmi, bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131la g\u00f6re yakla\u015f\u0131k %4&#8217;l\u00fck bir art\u0131\u015fla \u00fclke tarihinin en y\u00fcksek seviyesi olan 14,8 milyon tona ula\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Karayolu ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131, lojistik merkezler, limanlar ve kom\u015fu \u00fclkeler aras\u0131nda esnek ba\u011flant\u0131lar sa\u011flayarak yurt i\u00e7i y\u00fck hareketlerinin b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011funu olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r.  <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Demiryolu Ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Demiryolu ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 da G\u00fcrcistan\u2019\u0131n lojistik a\u011f\u0131nda \u00f6nemli bir rol oynamaktad\u0131r. 2024 y\u0131l\u0131nda demiryolu sistemi 13,7 milyon ton kargo ta\u015f\u0131yarak, b\u00f6lgesel ticaret g\u00fczergahlar\u0131ndaki demiryolu y\u00fck hizmetlerine olan istikrarl\u0131 talebi ortaya koymu\u015ftur. Demiryolu a\u011f\u0131; Azerbaycan, T\u00fcrkiye ve Karadeniz limanlar\u0131n\u0131 birbirine ba\u011flamaktad\u0131r. Bu da G\u00fcrcistan&#8217;\u0131n, Asya ve Avrupa&#8217;y\u0131 birle\u015ftiren Hazar Ge\u00e7i\u015fli &#8220;Orta Koridor&#8221; ticaret rotas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nemli bir par\u00e7as\u0131 olma rol\u00fcn\u00fc g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmektedir.   <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Limanlar ve Denizcilik Lojisti\u011fi<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>G\u00fcrcistan\u2019\u0131n Karadeniz limanlar\u0131, \u00fclke \u00fczerinden ge\u00e7en kargonun \u00f6nemli bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 elle\u00e7lemektedir. 2024 y\u0131l\u0131nda limanlar ve terminaller, bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131la g\u00f6re %6&#8217;l\u0131k bir art\u0131\u015fla yakla\u015f\u0131k 15,6 milyon ton kargo i\u015flemi\u015ftir. Bu limanlar, Kafkasya b\u00f6lgesine giren ve \u00e7\u0131kan mallar i\u00e7in birer kap\u0131 g\u00f6revi g\u00f6rerek uluslararas\u0131 tedarik zincirleri i\u00e7inde kilit d\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm noktalar\u0131 olarak hizmet vermektedir.   <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Hava Kargo<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>Di\u011fer ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131k modlar\u0131na g\u00f6re daha k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck olsa da hava kargo sekt\u00f6r\u00fc h\u0131zla b\u00fcy\u00fcmektedir. 2024 y\u0131l\u0131nda hava kargo hacmi %34 artarak 26,2 bin tona ula\u015fm\u0131\u015f; bu da h\u0131zl\u0131 teslimat ve y\u00fcksek de\u011ferli sevkiyatlara olan talebin artt\u0131\u011f\u0131na i\u015faret etmi\u015ftir.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Depolama ve Lojistik Altyap\u0131s\u0131<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>G\u00fcrcistan\u2019\u0131n lojistik altyap\u0131s\u0131; b\u00f6lgesel ticareti destekleyen depolar\u0131, da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m merkezlerini ve \u00e7ok modlu (multimodal) ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131k merkezlerini i\u00e7ermektedir. \u00dclke \u015fu anda yakla\u015f\u0131k 2,2 milyon metrekarelik bir depo kapasitesine sahip olup, bu kapasitenin %90&#8217;\u0131 kuru depolama, %10&#8217;u ise so\u011fuk hava depolamas\u0131 i\u00e7in kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. <\/p>\n\n<p>Lojistik alan\u0131na olan talep h\u0131zla artmaktad\u0131r. Geni\u015fleyen ticaret, in\u015faat malzemeleri, tar\u0131m ve t\u00fcketim mallar\u0131 da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n etkisiyle, depo talebinin 2028 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar y\u0131ll\u0131k yakla\u015f\u0131k %9 oran\u0131nda b\u00fcy\u00fcmesi beklenmektedir. <\/p>\n\n<p>Depo kapasitesinin b\u00fcy\u00fck b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc \u00f6nemli ekonomik merkezlerde yo\u011funla\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tiflis \u2013 Alan\u0131n %68&#8217;i<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kutaisi \u2013 17%<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Poti \u2013 5%<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Batum \u2013 5%<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Ula\u015f\u0131m ve lojistik, G\u00fcrcistan ekonomisinin hayati bile\u015fenleri olmay\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmektedir. Artan kargo hacimleri, geni\u015fleyen depo kapasitesi ve b\u00f6lgesel ticaret koridorlar\u0131na her ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn daha fazla entegre olunmas\u0131yla birlikte sekt\u00f6r geli\u015fimine devam etmektedir.
