Her background includes leading digital campaigns, paid media strategies, content creation, and event marketing, from intimate webinars and product launches to large-scale trade shows and live activations. She excels at turning KPIs into actionable insights, using analytics to continuously optimize campaigns and refine strategies for maximum impact.

Currently, Evelyn contributes to Mail Boxes Etc. (MBE), a global franchise network operating in shipping, logistics, printing, and e-commerce fulfillment through 1,900+ service centers in over 45 countries. MBE specializes in international parcel delivery, micrologistics and fulfillment, professional packaging, customs clearance, graphic design, and business support services, where clear communication, exceptional customer experience, and strong operational foundations are key to supporting the network’s growth and competitiveness.

In her role on the Sales & Marketing team, Evelyn drives MBE’s global growth by coordinating multi-country paid campaigns, analyzing lead conversion and progression, and refining communication strategies for shipping and logistics services. She also manages the worldwide development blog and social media channels, works closely with franchise development teams to qualify master franchise candidates, and collaborates cross-functionally to strengthen MBE’s market positioning worldwide.

Evelyn brings a truly international perspective to her work, having operated successfully in both B2B and B2C environments across three continents. This multicultural experience enables her to craft marketing strategies that resonate across borders, adapting messaging and tactics to different market dynamics and consumer behaviors.

She is known for her ability to balance creative storytelling with data-driven decision-making, ensuring that campaigns not only engage audiences but also deliver tangible business results. Her approach combines strategic inbound marketing methodologies with tactical execution across digital channels, social media, and experiential marketing.

Originally from Brazil, she grew up with a passion for books, social justice, mathematics, and everything pop culture. As an internet-savvy tween, Evelyn managed fan communities for popular book series like The Hunger Games and Divergent, where her enthusiasm for community building and digital engagement first sparked her marketing career.

Now based in Spain, she enjoys spending time with friends or at home reading with her cat.
