His career includes directing strategic advertising campaigns, managing end-to-end media and video production for major artists and production companies (including Ultra Music), negotiating complex high-value contracts in real estate brokerage, and executing corporate strategic alignment initiatives.
In his strategic planning role at Akenerji, a major energy company, Arda actively contributed to high-level corporate roadmap development and benchmarking research. He collaborated directly with cross-functional departments including marketing, finance, and human resources, to analyze how corporate strategy impacts individual business units, while reviewing key performance indicators (KPIs) and streamlining interdepartmental communications during strategy rollouts.
Currently, Arda contributes to Mail Boxes Etc. (MBE), a global franchise network operating in shipping, logistics, printing, and e-commerce fulfillment through 1,750+ service centers in over 45 countries. MBE specializes in international parcel delivery, micrologistics and fulfillment, professional packaging, customs clearance, graphic design, and business support services, where clear communication, exceptional customer experience, and strong operational foundations are key to supporting the network’s growth and competitiveness.
In his role on the Business Development team, Arda supports MBE’s worldwide expansion by conducting targeted market research, executing B2B lead generation campaigns on LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and conducting pre-qualification calls for Worldwide Master Franchise development. He applies a structured approach to business expansion, integrating Google-certified Project Management methodologies to streamline cross-functional workflows, evaluate international growth opportunities, and optimize communication strategies across global markets.
Originally from Izmir, Turkey, Arda holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Yıldız Technical University and has completed his Master’s in Marketing & Sales Management at EAE Business School in Barcelona. His engineering foundation gives him a distinct advantage in technical problem-solving and systems thinking, which he seamlessly integrates into marketing and sales operations. Arda grew up with a strong passion for sports, playing competitive basketball until the age of 19. This early athletic career laid a strong foundation for his dedication to teamwork, discipline, and high-performance collaboration. Today, he stays active through padel, hiking, and practicing Jiu-Jitsu, disciplines that continue to sharpen his strategic thinking, adaptability, and resilience both on and off the court
